Arguiñano reveals what foods you should avoid at night: "It's putting a strain on our backs."

There are a large number of theories and studies about the benefits and harms of some foods in terms of our health , but something we must also keep in mind is what time of day we consume them.
It is evident that following a good diet improves the well-being of any person, however, not all products work the same and some of them should be avoided, especially at night .
This is how legendary chef Karlos Arguiñano explains it. He has been sharing recipes with thousands of Spanish families for over 20 years. For his part, the chef has always tried to share culinary content related to health and good habits .
One of the tips that the Basque commented on his program Cocina Abierta , on Antena 3, was not to eat bread , one of the most consumed foods daily, when night falls because it becomes "sugar."
"You have to eat in the morning and at noon because then you'll burn it off ," the chef warned viewers during the program.
"The bread of the night turns a little into sugar , and from a certain age, the burden begins to weigh us down," he adds. Furthermore, the Basque stated a few months ago that some of the foods necessary in any pantry are legumes, onions, garlic, green vegetables, oil, and vinegar.
